Writing a Review

  1. On the Front Page click on the "Write a Review" button (in the 'You are in Charge of how businesses Rank' area)
  2. Clarify whether the post is about a specific business, or if not click on the Community Discussion option.
  3. If a business, type in business name until its predictive-text appears. If it does not appear click on 'Add business' and provide what details you know about the respective business.
  4. If a Community Discussion, choose business category information that is related too, if relevant.
  5. Give Comment a title
  6. Rank the business by scrolling over the love hearts. Note: ranking goes up in half-heart units.
  7. Provide review which must be between 30 and 1,000 characters long.
  8. Confirm you are a human by replicating spam-bot digits before hitting submit.
  9. If you were not signed in a pop-up will appear asking for you to login or sign up.
  10. To login just provide username and password details
  11. To sign up, you can choose the Social Media login details or elect to sign up by completing the respective fields and click submit.
  12. Your posting will now appear attached to the respective business.

Looking for Business

  1. Type the respective business into the search area on the Home page. If the business does not appear underneath with predictive text, continue to click on the search button to see if the system returns any appropriate matches.
  2. If the business does not appear, it would suggest that it, one, does not appear in Google's top 21 businesses for its respective industries; two it has not been commented about previously; and three, it is not a category of business that Ranked by Review features.

Claiming your Business

  1. Click on Claim your business on the front page, tab bar, right hand side. Give details of your business and see if it appears in predictive text. If so, replicate the spam-bot details and click on claim listing button. If your business does not appear click on the add business button and submit basic details before hitting the submit button. You will then be prompted to sign up - you can choose the Social Media login details or elect to sign up by completing the respective fields and click submit. Alternatively if you search for your business and see its listing, click on the claim business button. You will be prompted to sign up - you can choose the Social Media login details or elect to sign up by completing the respective fields and click submit.
  2. Alternatively if you search for your business and see its listing, click on the claim business button. You will be prompted to sign up - you can choose the Social Media login details or elect to sign up by completing the respective fields and click submit.
  3. You will be then directed to the Amplifier landing page which will prompt you through a series of information fields. The richer the information you provide the more complete your listing will appear and the more appealing it will be to prospective customers.
  4. An Amplifier representative will contact you via email after you have claimed your listing to discuss the upgrade subscription options with you.
